SkaldhorSo i think we figured out what the issue is. When you create the New-ServicePrinicpal in exchange online make sure you are using the object id from the enterprise application version of the azure application. My team remade the service principal in exchange online and i was able to successfully run connect-exchangeonline with no issues.
