New opt-in endpoint available for SMTP AUTH clients still needing legacy TLS
We updated to SQL 2012 SP4 and still no luck after changing registry below and rebooting.

Below are the registry key which disables TLS older version on server and enable TLS 1.2 by default.
We are still having the below issue.
Message : “The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 4 (2022-01-24T23:26:09). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Failure sending mail.).”
