For us, the wizard worked once and we have been fighting with the results for a few months. Then when I had to update the certificate on my on-prem Exchange server, I read that I had to uninstall and re-run the wizard. Now it is stuck on the login page for M365. It sees my on-prem server with no problem, but the "Sign in" button just flashes a window that immediately disappears.
