Thanks for your reply. hope your team can help to resolved this problem in the near future.
Actually, we are faced with serious problems in China area:
1. the outlook APP for IOS, the Calendar from O365 user mailbox can not sync to IOS local Calendar;
2. the Outlook App for Android, We can't get message notice when we receive a mail or get a meeting in Calendar;
3. the 21EV O365 can not support setup on IPhone or Android based on system Native client as i said before;
4. in the end of Feb. 2023, 21EV will disable the Basic authentication for China users. That's mean in that time, we have to move all O365 uses from Native client to Outlook Mobile client and have to put up with the above problems;
