Greg Taylor - EXCHANGE I am working with support but they also don't have a definitive answer on this yet, They are checking this at their end as well but can you discuss that with the basic mdm team internally if possible to see what they have to say on this?
Below is what the article says but doesn't really shares on how we can do this for their own basic mdm solution, so is microsoft making the changes to basic auth without testing this in all scenarios?

Managed Devices
If you currently use a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, and the Mail app profile was pushed to the device, it will NOT be updated using this new ROPC logic. The decision was taken early on that if you use MDM, you probably don’t want anyone changing the device configuration without your consent. So, just use your MDM to make the change to Modern auth (ask your vendor if you don’t know how). https://docs.microsoft.com/mem/intune/configuration/email-settings-ios are the steps for Intune managed iOS devices.
