A number of our devices have had iOS 15.6 for a few weeks now, but still seeing basic authentication request coming through from the device. I see a previous comment stating it was a low priority task on device usually completed within 14 days... however we're not seeing a big decrease of basic authentication in our iOS device population even after the majority updated.
The pre-requisite (Admin consent) completed before iOS 15.6 was released, and we're not pushing mail profiles via MDM.
How can we check if Apple devices are trying to run this task to switch to modern authentication? (and maybe failing because the user ignores MFA, etc)? Are there logs showing which users/devices have attempted this and succeeded/failed?
