this is madness....is it really so difficult to implement some semblance of backwards compatibility?
i.e. why cant the CURRENT version of the management tools be used with the PREVIOUS version of the product? has it really changed so much? if so WHY?
i kinda understand the 2007/2010 generation of tools not being able to manage 2003, and i can understand 2007 era tools not being able to manage 2010 objects, but the lack of interop between 2010 era tools and 2007 products seems like someone is intentionally deciding to make the management of this product more complicated
please make an effort to unify the management functions into 1 tool (2 tops)...this is getting rediculous
new tools should be a SUPERSET of old functionality
