Im facing a strange issue
My client turned on hes out of office mails addressed to him ( workaccount) have been forwarding to hes private account address which he doesnt want that. However, we can't find anywhere where this would be set. I think this is a remnant from a long time ago when he tried to do this but found it didn't work (company policy). I don't see anything in hes exchange rule-set or in hes owa OOO. It's annoying because he have to open this error message to see the initial message.
Information:
- By default our policys is " automatic system controlled" auto forwarding, wich means "no" forwarding to externals.
- X-MS-Exchange-Inbox-Rules-Loop: users workaccount
- Also hes private account " external forwarding " is disabled
Remote server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7555)'
