What about existing Booking pages? In the shared bookings link you can set up the custom domain, but for the newly created bookings page. I changed the SMTP and UPN for custom domain in an existing booking page, but the from not changed. We dont really want to copy every Bookings page for this change, and external users using this, in our university
We also have this issue and have altered the WindowEmailAddress but tracking the email the underlying sender address still comes from the onmicrosoft.com address , with over a 1000 existing booking pages in our organization how do we update them as its not practical to re-create them all and change the booking page url. We have no issue with the email address being altered but there needs to be a proper solution to existing bookings accounts. The_Exchange_Team

Arindam_Thokder Hi, yes for some of these bookings are sending externally, we are a university so for example currently bookings is being used to arrange for students to register documents with us and these emails are going to external email accounts, currently we are seeing well over a hundred a day sometimes as high as a 1000 going externally. We are also seeing emails going outside using the onmicrosoft.com addresses for people that are getting notifications for teams for external users that have joined teams so this is another example where the address is used.
For bookings we have tried to change the WindowsEmailAddress and it does now appear that updates for the booking come from the correct address but the initial email still comes from the onmicrosoft.com address and this of course contains the actual booking information.

Arindam_Thokder - We are using for internal and external as well. For example, a future student is applying for an open day in our university etc. We dont have 1000 booking pages, but from message trace datas, we are very close to the daily limit.
