Tried that with TMG, works perfect.
I configured basic authentication in the OA Rule, HTML form in the listener and OA on the CAS with basic authentication.
Additionally I activated "basic auth" on the "/oab" and "/ews" CAS website since without it an Outlook Anywhere user was not able to download the OAB and to set his OOF.
