As per our servicing guidance; "Microsoft releases update rollup packages approximately every six to eight weeks". Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 2 was released on the 5th Dec 2011.

You can switch to use the hybrid wizard. If you have already moved mailboxes to the cloud, the recommendation is after the hybrid wizard has successfully complete, update the user's "RemoteRoutingAddress" on the Remote Mailbox object on-premises to match the new *.mail.onmicrosoft.com, which replaces the previous manual guidance of using the "service.contoso.com" domain.
