I have tried this multiple times in the last month+, but as stated on March 6th, I'm still getting all the same errors when sending from an email address in our confirmed domain to our own domain when I set the RejectDirectSend setting to true in our tenant. I've had a support case open for over a month now and have been trying to get it escalated to someone who can get to you, but those escalation requests have fallen on deaf ears, and I've just been bounced back and forth to different people on the general support team. I have reached out to our enterprise support reps and everyone I can think of, and no one has a path to escalate to you, so I have to rely on posting here to get a message to your team. The general support team members have been directing me to check various settings even though they are all correct. At one point, they told me this is expected behavior, then they told me to create a custom connector to allow ACS generated email messages, which isn't a viable solution. I've had to inform them that this is a bug and that a statement here said it was fixed. At this point, I'm begging someone to respond. Please get back to me.
