Nice feature! when will it be available to tenants with <10000 licenses?

Currently, the feature is enabled for larger tenants only. In the event of unintended or accidental delicensing for smaller tenants, if the administrator re-applies the license, recovery is generally faster (mostly within 24-hour provisioning delay duration).
