Important notice for Office 365 email customers who have configured connectors
Is this scenario supported when implementing certs.:
One Exchange OnPrem org. with two customer domains and mailboxes.
Each customer have their own tenants. MX'es points towards the correct tenant for each customer domain.
Connectors have been implemented in both tenants.
Outgoing email from OnPrem is submittet to customer1's tenant (since Exchange doesn't have sender based routing)
Customer2's domain is an accepted domain in their own tenant, and not in customer1's tenant.
This works now (or at least did until Thursday 22nd og September). Now the users in customer2's domain sometimes experience that some of their external emails isn't delivered to the recipients.
I was wondering if the team has started implementing changes "behind the scenes" to ready the update i February.
