I enforced a pause on throttling, and It is shown as Active. However, as I can see in the log, emails are still being throttled. 24 hours later. So, I have a few questions for the Microsoft team:
- How much time is needed for this pause to become active?
- What does it mean? 30min/HR (minutes/hours)
- What does “blocked” mean? Does it mean - lost completely? As I read in some comments below, those “blocked” emails are being rejected on the edge side. The transport service has never processed them, so there is no trace of them. If this is true, this is a disaster. You are seriously jeopardizing our businesses. Customers cannot reach out us and we are not aware of that.
