As per my comments we have an open ticket with Microsoft, which they are trying to close now. One of the MS team Kevin reached out to me and was able to confirm that Online sees us as having two Exchange on-prem servers because we have two connectors. The servers have the same host name but one is listed with our FQDN and the other isn't. I have pushed this info' to the MS ticket and I continue to push MS to resolve the issue but there's very little traction particularly as they have now accepted it as a problem their end. I am concerned that our issue with the two connectors from the one server is not going to be resolved as long as they see us as having two servers. We have always been up to date with post CU security updates and hot fixes so when we were throttled it was a complete surprise, and we felt it immediately with mobile devices not updating and workstations hanging. Due to the result that MS throttling was having on IIS. Yes, Pause avoids the issue but why do we have to implement Pause if we are completely up to date?
