Our company is a large manufacturing company with business all over the world. We have always been adhering to the use of genuine software and Microsoft products. Because many of our software are developed by ourselves, some products have a long cycle, so some products developed can only support winxp/win7 and use the old IE. Can't use the edge, so we got the exchange is the 2013 version, now only this version can support our internal winxp/Windows 7 / doing/win10 / win11.
As the most powerful company in the world, you can't make us upgrade to exchange2016 to receive emails in such a brutal way. If we upgrade to exchange2016, many of our internal users will not be able to use outlook, which will seriously affect our normal business. We not only consider the security issues you mentioned, but also consider the responsibility of internal owners, can meet the needs of internal owners, and stability. Here we hope that your company can flexibly use your 90-day "grace period" to make a smooth transition and continuous upgrade for companies like ours. For companies like us, as long as we apply it, we can use all whole year (not blocked by microsoft),not limited by 90 days/year can pass only, I am sure many companies would like you to do so, thank you very much, and look forward to your swift action and resolution of our issue, which has now seriously affected our global business.
