thegeezer9999 No you won't see the 2019 (compliant) servers. I hear ya on the confidence green tick - in hindsight it would have been a better design. We currently show only "out-of-date" servers to try to minimize any misinterpretation from seeing compliant servers in this throttling/blocking report ("Oh no, even my compliant servers are gonna get throttled??? Arghhh!!"). But the feedback from you and others convinces me we need to consider updating the report to include ALL connecting servers with clear compliant/non-compliant indicators like you're suggesting. Make it a "Connecting On-premises Exchange Servers" report instead of an "Out-of-date Connecting. . ." report and rely on the indicators to convey out-of-date/up-to-date status. Thanks for the feedback!
FWIW in the meantime, we have an update coming to hide 'inactive' servers (e.g. those 2013 servers that are no longer sending mail), as well as a new column you can add to the servers table (Last message received on) - ETA by mid-May. I think these should help get a bit closer to reducing the uncertainty about the risk of getting throttled/blocked, at least for the OOD servers that aren't sending mail any more.
