Hey Suresh Kumar I have fulfilled all that is given here, but I have a very peculiar case- when I send an encrypted mail to someone, they can read it, if I receive an encrypted mail I can read it, but if the person I am communicating with replies to my encrypted mail with encryption of his own (he hits reply and then goes and encrypts the already encrypted message) the message becomes unreadable and I get the message: "Sorry, we're having trouble opening this item. This could be temporary, but if you see it again you might want to restart Outlook. Your Digital ID name cannot be found by the underlying " This happens with external and internal users (published to GAL), all the same. I have a case with MS support but no result and the issue is time sensitive. Any suggestions?
