How to address Federation Trust issues in Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW)

I'm trying to establish a free/busy lookup between Exchange on-prem (with hybrid) and a partner mail domain on GSuite.
Exchange on-prem side, I configured using the availability configuration the account to lookup from GSuite to Exchange, all is working fine.
Then, I configured the availability address space with the proper email domain, authentication credential and TargetAutodiscoverEpr, but looking up from Exchange to GSuite I get the error "Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Availability.AddressSpaceNotFoundException: Configuration information for forest\/domain domain.com could not be found in Active Directory".
Remote GSuite users have a mail contact with the proper primary address set in Exchange org.
Exchange servers can access Internet without proxy and browsing manually to the target URL providing credentials I get authenticated correctly.
Any hints what could prevent to identify the configured availability address spece in AD?
