Am so sorry for my late reply I haven't received a notification on your comment, please find my answers inline.
Is there any way to trigger a potential auto-split out of working hours? Unfortunately, there's no control over that as that's hard coded value, but autosplit is a background process that shouldn't affect your PFs access if that's your question.
Or is there any BP how to prevent not accessible MEPF due to auto-split during working hours? If your question here when Autosplit is halted unfortunately the only way is to contact Micorosft support.
