Ditto here .... everything worked fine with OA and OAB using NTML to IIS on CAS servers UNTIL upgrade to W2K8 .....  then we suffered thorough authenticode issues with HFR3 and then the IPv6 issue .... which since it is was not widely acknowledged or very well documented from the product team(s), caused me to scratch and load twice for no reason ..... support from MS on this issue has been weak as well .... no guidance except for the EHLO site a a TechNet article. How about a KB or a DCR or a hotfix?
