Hi Dave,
very interessting article about OAB!
But the real problem is, that Outlook 2003 SP2 only once downloaded in 24h the OAB.
So, if an Outlook Client donwload at 8:00 in the morning the current changes of OAB, and then the Admin added some new Disti-Lists to the AD, Outlook doesn't receive the changes, although the OAB rebuild process had run.
In the next morning, Outlook will receive the updates. If I click manual the receive and send button (OAB download), then I have the changes instant.
So the question is:
How to trigger Outlook look out often more on changes on the OAB-List ?
