technonath I recently spoke with a Microsoft representative who informed me that they've discreetly removed the feature that allowed for a quick review of users' rules in the Exchange Admin Center. Their perspective is that users are best suited to understand and manage their own rules. While it's still possible to access these rules through PowerShell which is a huge pain and other methods, I can't help but feel frustrated by this change as well. I believe many of us have faced issues with potentially malicious rules like the "..." or "Move all to Junk" or "Move all to RSS Subscriptions", not to mention frequent user misconfigurations. In an ideal world with impeccable security measures, breaches, and rule misconfigurations wouldn't happen, but this change seems a huge step back.
