Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) is now available

I have succssfuly installed the first new Exchange SE server as a member of the Organization Management role group. There are also two Exchange 2019 CU15 Servers, also installed with delegated setup.

The second Exchange SE Server is successfully provisioned. If I try to install as a member of the delegated setup group the prerequisite analysis is failed: 

Performing Microsoft Exchange Server Prerequisite Check
    Configuring Prerequisites                                                                                                                                               COMPLETED
    Prerequisite Analysis                                                                                                                                                   FAILED
You must use an account that's a member of the Organization Management role group to install or upgrade the first Mailbox server role in the topology.

You must use an account that's a member of the Organization Management role group to install the first Client Access server role in the topology.

Does anyone has installed Exchange SE with delegated setup?
