ScottSchnolldefinitely not high volume, just basic scanning stuff. maybe i'll just tell them they need to send it to their own email and then forward via outlook from there (which is 99% what they are doing anyway). they don't need something like Azure Communications for Email for that though I didn't know about it and will read up on it. They are using on-prem AD because that's just what they have now - there isn't a huge need to move to Entra, it seems like a lot of work to change all our processes around it for no real benefit I suppose? they are using Azure AD Sync of course. is MS going to get rid of on-prem AD next? 
let's open up that can of worms now!
