Hi everyone,
given the latest news I would recommend customers with existing Exchange Server deployments to deploy Windows Server 2022 and Exchange 2019 and migrate to these as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/plan-and-deploy/supportability-matrix?view=exchserver-2019?wt.mc_id=MVP_338345 (mind the Domain Controller and Domain Functional Levels). It has been announced that for the first time an in-place upgrade of Exchange 2019 to 2025 will be possible. Windows Server 2022 is expectably common ground and mainstream supported OS (other than Windows Server 2019). Take note this is my personal recommendation based on this news, nothing official.
