Don't know whether anyone's still reading this, but what are the plans going forward for acommodating management of hybrid accounts? I am aware that we could now remove the last Exchange server (it's just used for management - no mailboxes), but that would mean having to use Powershell for all management, which we don't want.
The changes this year to Exchange Online haven't helped either, as now we have Exchange Online and the on-prem server (2019) with completely diffferent GUIs.
All many of us want is a set of installable tools to use for managing and creating hybrid accounts through a GUI, without needing a full Exchange server in place. This doesn't seem an unreasonable expectation.
