@Jan Aarts - Similar to 2010 support with the release of 2013, customers running 2013 in a hybrid configuration with Office 365 will be supported provided they are remaining current with Cumulative Updates for 2013. That doesn't mean all features provided
in Office 365 will be supported within the 2013 environment. As Office 365 continues to provide new features and functionality, customers may be required to deploy Exchange Server 2016 to leverage new functionality within their on-premises environment.
