yes, we have no choice that's what we are doing
but we want to go to exchange 2013 with bigh mailboxes(5gb) plus 15-20Gb archive but how can we when each database will be big now(at least 1tera,multiple copies and all) and we have to restore 1tera atleast for restoring one folder that the user deleted(from pf mailbox or mailbox) its hard enough to backup all the data on exchange 2010:)
on another note:)
is there away to "maintain" archives?
for example I want to move all items in all folder after 365 days to archive(no problem here, working fine)
but I also have a requirement to remove all items from archive mailbox older than 5 years(have no clue how to achieve that, will using same kind of policies on the mailbox level work?
