This is quite the dark pattern.
1. you diminish the functionality of an existing contract and propose a paying option, which won't work technically for a lot of cases
2. you limit the ability of solutions like ServiceNow for forwarding emails for email2case and at the same time don't apply a similar limit using app integration of your own products
At the same time you spew intentions and deadlines left and right and keep failing to deliver.
When will you finally work out an idea, think it through, test it through and then go to market.
EWS decommissioning is the same bullcrap. SMTP Auth (although I'm all for that one) is also with a lack of realworld knowldedg, your Azure Comms Service is a poor excuse for a relay service.
