1. 2,000 is a pretty low limit for a large company that does things like BPO outsourcing. Sending a few thousand emails to an individual external recipient in a day from one mailbox is fairly commonplace. Let alone to greater than 2,000 different recipients. I hardly think this qualifies as a mass mailing service. Please reconsider this change and raising the limit to something more realistic like 10,000.
2. I understand a report will be released at the end of the year to help organizations identify mailboxes sending more than 2000 emails per day externally. Please, please make this report available as soon as possible. The first thing any good admin will want to do is plan for this.
