im having a difficult (and probably newbie issue getting updated) I have tried using the command as well as downloading manually for v3 and no matter what I see the redline warning about updating.
Tried this first
Install-Module -Name ExchangeOnlineManagement -RequiredVersion 3.1.0
which kept throwing errors on me (unfortunately didn't get copies of them)
Then tried manually using the instructions here for the modules:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/scripting/gallery/how-to/working-with-packages/manual-download?view=powershell-7.3 no error now but that message has not gone away. Is it a canned message or am I still out of compliance for end of the month?
