I have never turned on Multifactor authentication for my company. Some how it is now turned on. I am now in some azzure directory trying to turn off multifactor authentication. Why is there no phone support for paying customers? I can't buy or purchase any phone support. How in the world am I supposed to get support for something that should not be a problem in the first place. Why would Microsoft change policies on my account on a Sunday? Why are they forcing multifactor authentication? Why can I not just buy a stand alone version of office any more? Why have I wasted over two hours of my weekend to get something working that was working just fine on Friday? I would love a phone call on this 425-766-0536.
