For our compagny we have microsoft Office 365 licences and we've also have our mail on Microsoft server with our domain and since a while for one user of organization, we've got the error message below :

Only the web mail is working.
We have follow the procedure but without any success, from time to time the problem disappeared, but it's always reappeared after several minutes.
Do you have more information about this ? because the error message is not really help us to know where is the problem
