1) Outlook tries to reflow email. This works if the email contents is paragraph text. When it isn't, it's a disaster. Outlook 2003 had a button on every email where this happened to tell it to not do it. It's not there anymore.
2) Whenever anybody else adds too many images to an email I have to turn images off to read the text between. Good luck with that.
3) The multi-line email selector needs to be reverted to single-line. Maybe there's a setting somewhere but I can't find it. Massive productivity eater.
4) The workflow for view message headers is awful.
5) View message source doesn't present the actual message source but only the message source after mime unwrapping. Ever had to deal with a misidentified mime component? I have. (Sometimes it gets which one is the mail body wrong. Don't ask me how it manages to do that.)
6) Need fast message filters for subject and sender. In particular, subject needs to not match the text in the body
7) Need client side spam filters. (It's easier than it sounds.)
😎Missing: client side phish url detector. It's trivial. If it's formatted as a URL and the URL text looks like a URL but the two URLs aren't the same it's a phish url.
9) Need to just turn off the reminders feature. It doesn't work due to the way we use calendars.
My prior experience for opening support cases for clear and obvious bugs is pay $500, don't get any fix. You may well argue these aren't. But for most of these I just wouldn't try. There are two crippling ADA bugs in Windows, and MS still owe me $500 for not fixing one. The other I filed a chargeback in time to recover it. And now I must run all use of Windows through a highly modified RDP client.
