dz890 - first off, if the app is sending mails, and using SMTP - it won't be impacted. I may have mentioned this before somewhere, but we're not touching SMTP. It can keep using basic (app passwords or not) just fine. 

 

If it's using EWS, or EAS, or even MAPI to send mail, then it would be impacted. But I would bet it's using SMTP.
