The updated HCW version should work with Ex2010 too, the prerequisite is for Free/Busy working. In conclusion, minimal hybrid exchange 2010 with the additional tenants should work fine. PJR_CDF , I now realize that if it would technically work like this, we don't have a supportability statement on it. So, we should all stick to the requirement above until we get a clear confirmation on this scenario from our Engineering team. Being a new feature, it was probably not tested / confirmed as supported.
