My company's administrative assistant has been calling MS for a few days now to try and get the hotfix package for Exchange 5.5 and pay the $4,000. We don't have any support agreements.
Most every time she calls she is told that the hotfix is not available for sale unles you have an extended support agreement.
After several tries and talking to different people one person told her that we could get the fix and that he would send her a quote. 24 hours later there was still no e-mail or quote of any kind from anyone at MS.
We are in California, USA.
What can we do to get this fix for Exchange 5.5? Who can we talk to? What number should we call? What information can we give these phone jockeys so that they will know we are supposed to be able to get this fix if this is truly the case?
