We are after fresh installation SP1 and migration from E2k3. Environment: 6 CAS/HUBS, 8 MBX in first DAG and 2 MBX in second DAG, 2 EDGE on TMG, 2 UM. Number of migrated mailboxes - between 20 and 30 thousands.
What is better after SP1:
- faster OWA - in Premium and Light version;
- no problems during migration, before SP1 10% of migrated mailboxes weren't disconnected from Ex2k3 databases;
- no problems with replication of DAG mailboxes.
What is worse or similar to RTM version:
- very, very big sensitivity of DC accessibility; services (OWA, ECP) after problem with accessing to DC (overloaded) there is no access to OWA 15-30 minutes or longer, sometimes we should restart CAS/HUB;
- impossibility to restart some service (IIS or from Exchange suite) to return good state of service - we must restart whole server.
