We found this tool about 2 weeks ago while we were troubleshooting the implementation of UM on Exchange 2010 SP1 RU2 - it was invaluable! Now if there were just a similar tool for troubleshooting dialing rules on the dial plans... We can't get any dialing rules to work for the Play on Phone functionality, except for using wildcards, which we don't want to do. We've followed the Microsoft guidelines to the letter, to no avail. Any advice on where to look? TechNet has not been very much help, and our local Microsoft contacts have struggled with us on this issue as well...
