Thanks nagesh..I got your point..we do not have an ILM deployment yet and we are in the process of implimenting and we need to make sure we can have consistent GAL to start with as well as ready for mailbox move.
our scenario is we are going to migrate from multiple forests to a single resource forest(hybrid forests to start with and will end up in a single resource forest ) .so we will have several account forests and a single exchange resource forest at the end.
To achive this we will be using ILM 2007 Fp1 Sp1 after creating the necessory trusts.I have 2 questions.
1) Do we need to make use of the custom ILM code or how we need to configure ILM so that all the necessory attributes are in place for the mailbox move to happen and mail delivery will happen smoothly post mailbox move(x.500 for replying old e-mails etc)
2)once the mailbox is moved to resource forest do we need to replicate any attributes back to account forest(ILM team has this question), i told them no need since exchange will take over once the user is selected in GAL and a message is sent.correct me if i am wrong..
3) any other advice..pls let me know..waiting for your reply..
