I have a user who can't access his email via Outlook365 all of sudden, it keeps asking for password. The OWA and Phone App are working fine. I tried a couple of different computers, all have the same issue with this user's mailbox. I have opened a ticket with MS support, and it has been 4 days with no progress.
I was planning to move his mailbox this weekend and I am pretty sure this will fix this weird issue. Then I found this article, what a bummer.
However, I did a test using new-moverequest on one mailbox, it still worked and got the mailbox moved to a different datastore.
Can someone please confirm if this command gets retired or not?
