Sascha Schmatz , Engineering team has already created a fix for the Multiple Shard Mailboxes issue so we expect this to be fixed soon for everyone.
Nothing can be done from your side to prevent this issue. ComponentShared mailboxes are indeed mailboxes that store information related to other Office 365 workloads like Teams. The actual problem is that we provision multiple such mailboxes for same service request.
