I posted in your other blog about seeing the error with free/busy within f12. I think this article has shown me my issue, but I'm hoping you could confirm my suspicion. Im having issues seeing on-prem free/busy from exchange online mailboxes, the other way around is working fine.
In exchange online for get-organzationalrelationship I have the following :
TargetAutodiscoverEpr : https://autodiscover-s.outlook.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.svc/WSSecurity
TargetApplicationUri : outlook.com
Based on your information above the autodiscover should be the on-prem autodiscover and the applicationURI should not be outlook.com but our on prem (i.e FYDIBOHF25SPDLT.contoso.com)
I dont have an entry for get-intraorganizarionconfiguration ( we have exchange 2010 and 2013 on prem )
