Thanks for the info. The logs on the Exchange server are clear of errors.
When trying to use EXRCA, it never completes. It always times out. So I cannot get any further information from there.
This is what we are trying to accomplish.
Let me explain our situation. We have joined two different organizations with a federation trust.
- CompanyA (EXO) and CompanyB (Exchange 2016 on-prem).
- CompanyB (Ex2016) has no problem viewing calendar entries from CompanyA (EXO) (both from the Calendar and the Scheduler Assistant).
- CompanyA (EXO) is only able to see calendar entries from CompanyB. But not in the Scheduler Assistant. This is the problem.
I have found these two errors:
-when doing a network trace (F12) from EXO
1. Proxy web request failed. , inner exception: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized
-when I run this command on CompanyB (Exch2016 on-prem)
2. Error:[OAuthTokenBuilder:GetAppToken] unable to continue building token, given that both trusted_issuer and realm from the
challenge are empty
Error:The challenge value returned from 'mail.domain.com' is not valid.
Not sure if they are related, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
