Dedicated Hybrid App: temporary enforcements, new HCW and possible hybrid functionality disruptions

Why can the Script ( https://aka.ms/ConfigureExchangeHybridApplication) not cover if the Server is a Edge Server or not. We just configure the dedicated app in a Exchange Environment that have 6 Servers and 2 Edge Servers. The Script configure all the Settings but at the end, it give a Error like "The Script needs to be run on an Exchange Server that supports the dedicated Exchange hybrid application feature". Only in debug mode, we see that the Script configure the 6 Server successfully and only strugle by the 2 Edge Server.

MicrosoftSteveTH the script excludes Edge Transport servers because they don't utilize the dedicated Hybrid Application. The warning appears because there are servers in your environment that don't support the Hybrid app workflow, including the one where the script was executed.
