Dedicated Hybrid App: temporary enforcements, new HCW and possible hybrid functionality disruptions
If I use the Link "https://aka.ms/HybridWizard" to start the hybridwizzard I got the "Error:publisher cannot be verified - are you sure you want to install this application".
Is this normal?

MicrosoftI don't get the error message you are reporting, can you try opening link from another machine?
I tried it at about 6 machines - here is a Screenshot.

There is likely some sort of environmental reason why click once application is failing with this error; it is unclear to me if this is related to either servers not being able to validate the signature or perhaps an issue with Click Once and zones? Securing ClickOnce Applications - Visual Studio (Windows) | Microsoft Learn?
I have to admit to not fully understanding this so I can't really be very specific but it seems like there is an issue publisher verification on this network. Other than troubleshooting this, perhaps a way to solve is to use the script instead of HCW, assuming you are trying to create a dedicated hybrid app?
EDIT: We are looking into this a bit more.
I tried it from homeoffice and from companynetwork - in both cases I get the warning. I can use the script for now - but in the next days i have to change the hybrid-transport-certificate and i think therefore i need the wizard.
Thanks for your answer - I get the error (to be exact: security warning) from all systems (I tried it at about 6 different machines).
