Sam_T Thing is - hindsight is always 20/20; you can always look back and see exactly what the unclear thing was and what should have been clarified better. Another thing that you can see too is that clearly - not all of your audience was confused by some things and had the questions that a part of audience had questions about. Otherwise this would be at 900 comments now.
Truth of the matter is that this is always an iterative process. Unless you are trying to hold everything back until what you want to publish will be "perfect" (which will take time, and feedback, to integrate FAQs) - the "perfect way" to present something does not exist. I'd also point out here that even if you do document every single detail and provide extensive FAQ right away, you are then running into a different problem, of people not being able to comprehend something that has become super complex to cover all scenarios.
All this is kind of outside of the scope of the current situation; but I'd love to hear if there are ideas and better ways to do things. You are always welcome to PM me and we can discuss. We have always tried to be open to addressing our flaws here, and I truly do not believe that trying to make something perfect before publishing (and excessively delaying) is the right thing to do as it never will be perfect. But yes, it can always be better.
