Customer Guidance for Reported Zero-day Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Exchange Server

As with several previous blog posts, this has again degenerated into a series of endless questions that should have been made clear in the original instructions.  Those endless questions are either followed up by endless clarifications or the questions are just ignored for some strange reason.   Not sure why things continue to be this way.

Anyone applying these mitigations has to read through hundreds of posts and articles to have some level of assurance that what they are doing is correct and will indeed mitigate the issue prior to the release of an actual fix.

Is it really that hard for Microsoft, the1.8 trillion dollar corporation that wrote this software, to come up with a clear, complete and accurate step-by-step guide that people can follow rather than try and wade through this blog post, the MSRC site,  3rd party sites, etc.  ???
